• Automatic doors are built into the Pendeford Surgery and there are no steps. All of the surgery facilities, including a pharmacy, are under one roof so there is no awkward travelling from one building to another. Special toilet facilities are available at both the surgery premises.

• There are comfortable easy chairs in the waiting room for the infirm and elderly.

• There are marked disabled parking places immediately outside the front doors.
